The Cost of Not Living

So much time these days is spent worrying about the cost of living crisis. Perhaps we can turn our attention instead to the cost of not living in the moment.

It is understandable how we slip into worrying about tomorrow or dwell on how things used to be, caught in the past. In a world that encourages us to strive to buy more, have more, achieve more, how about we shift the focus to gratitude for what we already have, what is already here and appreciating who we already are.
