We all get lost at times, feel at a crossroads and don’t know which way to turn.

My Approach

As a relational humanistic psychologist, my belief is that every person is unique and whole. You may feel broken, but as we collaborate together in a style that is creative, warm and facilitates your growth, you will begin to recognise your qualities and strengths and see your wholeness. We will tailor the therapy to suit your individual needs. Beginning by listening deeply to your story, we will come to a mutual understanding of you and what may help you to find your way in life. We all get lost at times, feel at a crossroads and just don’t know which way to turn. A listening ear, with a gentle helping hand, can ease your burden, provide some clarity and help your confidence to grow. I draw on a number of evidence-based psychological approaches* that can go deeply to heal wounds which may be recent, or have been with you for a long time.

I specialise in relational psychology and am an accredited Cognitive Analytic Therapist registered with the Association of Cognitive Analytic Therapy (ACAT).
